Lisa Ventura MBE FCIIS is the Founder of Cyber Kindness. With over 16 years in cyber security, she is known for her human-centred, trauma-informed and neuroinclusive approach to security culture. She is also the Chief Executive and Founder of Unity Group Solutions Limited and the AI and Cyber Security Association (AICSA). An accomplished author, journalist and speaker, Lisa uses her platform to shine a light on the issues that shape people, culture and trust in cyber security.

Moira Robertson joined Cyber Kindness because she believes a kinder, fairer industry is built on the same foundations as good practice: clear standards, mutual respect and a genuine care for people. A dedicated and versatile Quality, Compliance and ISO Audit Standards professional, she has held leadership and consultancy roles developing internal audit, engagement and awareness programmes across the private, public and third sectors, driving operational excellence and strengthening employee engagement along the way. For Moira, standards and people have always gone hand in hand, which makes her a natural fit for a campaign rooted in the belief that how we treat one another matters just as much as the work we do.

Dianna Morikawa

Dianna Morikawa brings more than two decades of experience across the cyber security industry to the Cyber Kindness team. She has held roles at some of the most recognised names in the field, including McAfee, Arbor Networks and SafeNet, along the way building a reputation for connecting people, ideas and technology in a way that puts relationships first. Based in California and a graduate of the University of the Pacific, Dianna has long believed that the strength of our industry lies in its people, and that kindness, competency and connection go hand in hand. Her support for kinder, fairer ways of working makes her a natural fit to a part of Cyber Kindness, rooted in her strong belief that how we treat one another matters just as much as the work we do.

Ambassadog for Cyber Kindness

Poppy is our very own Ambassadog for Cyber Kindness, and a much-loved part of our Founder Lisa’s life. Gentle, loyal and full of character, Poppy brings a little warmth and softness to everything she is part of. Her role is to remind us that kindness does not always have to be grand or complicated. Sometimes it is found in patience, comfort, companionship and simply being there when someone needs you.

As our Ambassadog, Poppy represents the heart of Cyber Kindness: empathy, care and connection. She reminds us that behind every screen is a real person who may be dealing with things we cannot see, and that a thoughtful word or kind response can make more difference than we realise. Poppy’s presence on the team is a gentle reminder to pause, think and choose kindness, both online and offline.
